I am so very much grateful.

Apple Pie and Ice Cream gave me the courage and outlet I needed to begin something I had always wanted to do. It gave me the platform so my voice could be heard and so that I could help others. I never thought I would’ve ever actually did it. However, here we are.

I didn’t know that I would one day see myself going into a different direction. Or that Apple Pie and Ice Cream would one day only be a memory. The fact of the matter is I have a new idea and with that, I have to leave a piece of Apple Pie behind.

But don’t worry, you will still have access to all the posts I’ve created so far, in its own little category called Apple Pie.

So where am I going?

Well if you’re reading this, you’ll be the first to know that my new site is going to be called Catherine. I am completely rebranding everything. So when you come visit again, it’ll look brand spankin new!
