I approach couples photography through the lens of creative portraiture and fine art.
Instead of beginning with a shot list, we begin with an idea.
Maybe you imagine something soft and ethereal, surrounded by florals and delicate fabric.
Maybe you want something dark, dramatic and cinematic.
Maybe you want the two of you tangled together beneath moody light like characters from an old painting.
Or maybe you only know how you want the photographs to feel.
That’s enough.
From there, we build the visual world together — wardrobe, lighting, color, movement, styling, set design and all the little details that transform a photograph into art.

Your final photographs are carefully edited in my signature painterly style, creating imagery designed to feel just as beautiful years from now as it does today.
Before your session, we’ll talk about the kind of imagery you’re drawn to and how you want your photographs to feel.
You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed concept. Inspiration can come from a painting, a movie, a color palette, a piece of clothing, a song or even a single photograph.

My couples sessions are tailored more towards focusing on each other and interacting with each other. Being able to build sets or themes around them helps a lot! As long as you focus on your partner, I am more than confident that I will get photos you love!
It will definitely depend on your set choice! Regardless, I would put emphasis on easy to move in clothing if we aren't set to use armor!
Yes, professional hair and makeup can be added with your couple experience. It's two less things for you to worry about on session day, and we'll make sure the styling works with the overall concept we're creating.

I assume that you may prefer not to have your images featured on my website or social channels. However, if you happen to love some of them and are comfortable with it, I would be delighted if you'd permit me to share them. It's entirely your decision, but it's worth noting that many of my bookings come from the inspiring stories of women who are proud to share their images, motivating others in the process!
Yes! I occasionally offer themed mini experiences throughout the year for certain months. I also offer a mini session experience year around that includes 10 images, a 30 minute session, and make up. It can only be booked on the Renaissance Daydream set up. No exceptions.
Yes! All sessions require a deposit, and then the remainder can be financed either in house, or by utilizing AfterPay. In house interest free payment plans can be broken into monthly payments as low as $100! Once you complete your plan, you’ll receive your images, video, and prints depending on the package you chose.
Packages start at $1,250 and require a $250 nonrefundable deposit to book!
